Dear Ben,
Our sincere thanks to you for the tremendous presentation at our Aurora Health Care Leadership Day. The initial feedback about the presentatin was excellent; more importantly, we are seeing a real change in behaviour and approach from many of those who attended the Leadership Day.
As a health care system serving all of eastern Wisconsin, we have the privilege of providing health care to over 1 million individuals. As our leadership at Aurora matures in its approach and sophistication, the population benefits. Your comments have influenced these leaders and helped stimulate new ideas and possibilities for Wisconsin.
