Dear M. Zander,
I want to express my sincere thanks for all of the generous support you have been giving me at Walnut Hill school this year. It is my great honor to be the recipient of the prestigious Zander Scholarship, and it has been a wonderful experience indeed to be a student at Walnut Hill.
Particularly this year, I am having a fantastic time in my favourite class, music history, and am learning so many fascinating things about the mysterious truth of music in the past in relation to where we stand as musicians in the present. Not only does the class help me grow rich as an artist, but it also helps me to envision myself as being a part of creating the grand history of music. Also, my second year of being in master class has been even more thrilling than my first year had been, which means a lot!, it always feels like everything is possible without end in music, and everyone is a candidate in creating a miracle. I can never repeat enough times about how much in love I am with YPO, and I am loving every moment of working on the Holst, the Ravel, and Tchaikovsky, and hope to discover their beauty even more in depth for the concert in January.
Mr Zander, thank you for helping me find and experience the magical world of music, and many thanks, once again, for the scholarship award with your beautiful thoughts behind it.
