Thank you again for your wonderful talks at TMEA last week. You've helped to rejuvenate my thinking and put a spring in my teaching steps! I used to read your book several times a week while at home, I don't know if I'll go very far without your book in my hand now, it's such an inspiration and so easy to read in short bursts as I have a moment. I love the white page
(amongst others) idea and I plan on using it in my classes. What a marvelous way to ACTUALLY involve students in their learning process and give them the ownership we all talk about. Thanks again and I hope to see you again soon.

I thoroughly enjoyed your keynote at the TMEA meeting last week. I will certainly be looking for the radiating possibilities for my staff and the students here in GISD. I think I need to re-evaluate what our plans are to incorporate this shift - and I think it is a fundamentally great shift from the downward spiral of competition to the radiating possibilities of communicating in the arts. We have much to do as we continue to recover fro Hurricane IKE. Thank you so much for the kinds words and examples.
